PAYMENTOn-line (our website) we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. During Vending we accept Cash and only accept Checks if you are making an order. Your check must clear before your order is fully placed.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. Canadian and International customers will be charged in U.S. funds.

SHIPMENTS
Chizoma & Co. bags are made by hand and thus we require a two weeks time frame to get your selected handbag made and shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & AVAILABILITYA standard $25 per item purchased will be charged to cover shipping expenses to all customers. An additional shipping charge will be quoted to all International customers upon email verification of their purchase.
DUTIES + TAXES - TO THE U.S., CANADA,, & INTERNATIONAL
U.S. and Canada customers are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable. International customers are will be responsible for all import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.RETURN POLICY
All bags have a 14 days warranty from date of purchase for any minor repairs or malfunctions as long as goods are in original, unused condition and are accompanied by the receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Customer pays shipping and handling charges. Email us at info@chizoma.com with warranty services and we will send you a warranty service authorization number (WSA#), which must be written on your box. Items must be shipped in original packaging and be insured for the full value of the item. Package should be shipped with duties/taxes/freight 'pre-paid'. COD shipments will not be accepted. Package must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g. Fedex, UPS, registered mail).

We cannot refund original shipping and handling charges, so additional shipping charges will apply in the event of warranty service.

There is no warranty on sale items.
ORDERS
There is a 15% down payment on order placed. This is a none refundable fee. The remaining amount for your selected item is due once your order is ready to be shipped.
